Top Notes: The initial impression of Legacy of Petra is a refreshing burst of green tea, providing a slightly bitter, vegetal aroma. This is complemented by the aromatic anise-like notes of fennel and the bright, citrusy sparkle of bergamot, creating a vibrant and uplifting opening.
Heart Notes: As the top notes fade, the heart of the fragrance reveals a captivating blend of resinous and herbal accords. Licorice adds a sweet, gourmand touch, while myrrh and olibanum (frankincense) contribute a warm, balsamic, and slightly smoky character. These are balanced by the aromatic herbaceousness of rosemary, adding a touch of Mediterranean freshness.
Base Notes: The final dry down of Legacy of Petra is warm, comforting, and subtly sweet. Benzoin, a balsamic resin, provides a smooth, vanilla-like sweetness and depth.
