I'm a longtime tuberose lover, but did NOT want another heavy one (a la Fracas, Carnal Flower, etc.). I don't enjoy (detectable) notes of cinammon or vanilla, and powdery isn't always to my taste. But I ordered a sample first from Lucky Scent and it was an instant love. Sophisticated and well-blended, I didn't really perceive individual notes. A fairly realistic tuberose (Mexican tuberose is my favorite flower), with touches of soft leather and a peachy effect (osmanthus?). It is not overwhelmingly strong, but lasts forever. One spritz in elbow crook lasted all afternoon and until next morning. Superb and highly recommended.

The olfactory experience of Tubereuse Astrale begins with an enveloping initial note of cinnamon, delicately enhanced by a touch of cumin, which intensifies the fascination of the fragrance from the first moment.
The heart of the fragrance displays three key elements: an exquisite Indian tuberose absolute, saturated with honeyed and creamy nuances; a Chinese osmanthus absolute that adds a leathery, peach-skin facet; and an essential oil of carrot seeds that prolongs the powdery and fruity sensation of the composition.
The base of Tubereuse Astrale is based on a sensual accord of leather, musk and vanilla, enriched with patchouli from Indonesia and rock rose absolute from Spain.
