Recuperat-Ion Fm Recuperat-ion Base Formula is a hypotonic drink with mineral salts scientifically formulated to obtain a deep remineralization of the muscles, thus restoring the ionic balance essential for proper muscle function in many situations. It is ideal since it provides liquids and mineral salts, provides essential ions for the neuromuscular junction, and restores muscle hydration. It is also recommended if you feel muscle discomfort, you feel generalized muscle fatigue, you experience situations of psychophysical stress, you have muscle contractions and cramps, postural problems or after periods of immobility. It is recommended for athletes to dilute 1 sachet of the drink with mineral salts in half a liter of water before and after exercise.
