Directions for Use: 1. Take two (2) capsules before the meal you wish to lighten.
2. You can take the capsules one, two, or three times a day, before one, two, or three meals respectively.
3. Depending on your individual needs and the richness of the meal, you can take up to four (4) capsules at a single intake, but this should not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose.
4. Swallow the capsules with a full glass of water.
