As the name suggests, Redoxon Extra Defences are effervescent tablets (i.e. they dissolve in water).
This product contains multiple vitamins that will help improve your immune system, such as: Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc.

Instructions for use
These effervescent tablets should be taken once a day (preferably together with breakfast). To take them, simply prepare a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and place a tablet inside. Make sure the tablet is completely dissolved before drinking the contents of the glass.
Once you have finished taking the tablets, check that there are no tablets left in the glass. If not, add a little water again until there are no tablet particles left in the glass.
Contraindications
Although this product is very effective, several factors should be taken into account before and during use.
More than one tablet per day may cause a laxative effect.
Suitable for adults and children from 12 years of age.
Not suitable for those suffering from: haemochromatosis, people with kidney problems and those prone to the formation of kidney stones.
