How to take it?
Convalescence: when we get sick, the body and the immune system are depleted of vitamins and minerals to fight infection. It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day.
Physical exercise: it is advisable to take vitamins and minerals to maintain physical performance. Redoxon® Complex has no doping effect. It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day, preferably in the morning.
Overexertion: when we face a situation of physical or mental overexertion, vitamins and minerals are depleted and it is advisable to restore them. It is recommended to take Redoxon® Complex during the period of overexertion; if it is longer than 3 months, it is recommended to take a break of 1 month.
Who is it for?
For people who find themselves in periods and situations of extraordinary wear and tear. From 14 years of age, dissolved in a glass of 200 ml of water, preferably in the morning for 1-2 months.
