The Long Energy Endurance bar, formulated on a base of flaked cereals and dried fruits (apricots, prunes), is a mixture of simple and complex carbohydrates, providing essential energy intake for prolonged exertions. It is rich in vitamins B1, B2, PP, B6, C and E:- vitamins B1, PP and B6 contribute to the conversion of food into energy.- vitamins C, E and B2 are involved in the antioxidant protection of cellular components.- vitamin B6 is involved in the normal formation of red blood cells; these play an essential role in oxygenating the tissues, including muscle tissues.
