Description Recuperat-Ion Hydrasport (Orange Flavor) by Recuperat-Ion is the sports drink scientifically formulated to achieve optimal hydration before, during and after sports practice Indication Recuperat-Ion Hydrasport (Orange Flavor) improves the sensations and experience of athletes. Its composition has a high concentration of mineral salts and a low concentration of sugar, it includes glucose and fructose Intake mode Take 20 (g) sachets to dissolve in 500 (ml) of water. Before exercise: 1 sachet in 500 (ml) of water. During exercise: 1 sachet in 1 liter of water. After exercise: 3 sachets in 1.5 (ml) of water. Directions for Use: 1. Open one sachet of Esteve Recuperat-Ion Hydrasport Orange Flavour. 2. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in the recommended amount of water. 3. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved. 4. Consume immediately after preparation.


Recommended Frequency: Before exercise: Dissolve one sachet in 500ml of water.
During exercise: Dissolve one sachet in 1 litre of water.
After exercise: Dissolve three sachets in 1.5 litres of water.
Alternatively, you can consume one sachet in 500ml of water only before and after exercise.
