ZzzQuil All Night Sleep is indicated for those people who experience difficulties in falling asleep or staying asleep throughout the night.
Composition
1.9 mg of melatonin
160 mg of valerian extract
80 mg of lemon balm
40 mg of California poppy
1.4 mg of vitamin B6
Allergens
It does not contain lactose, gluten or flavourings or colourings.

Take one tablet half an hour before bedtime

Directions for Use:


1. Take one tablet thirty minutes before your desired bedtime.
2. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.


Recommended Frequency:


Take ZzzQuil Sleep All Night tablets only as needed for occasional sleeplessness. Do not exceed one tablet per night.


Additional Tips:


1. Establish a regular sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up around the same time each day, even on weekends, to promote healthy sleep hygiene. 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to prepare your body for sleep. This could include taking a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to calming music. 3. Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool to create an optimal sleep environment. 4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed, as these substances can interfere with sleep. 5. If you experience persistent sleep difficulties, consult a healthcare professional.

Ingredients: Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg WARNINGS: Do not use with other diphenhydramine-containing products (such as cough and cold medicines), do not use with any other product containing an antihistamine, even one taken on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product marked drowsiness may occur, avoid alcoholic drinks, alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness, be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery, excitability may occur, especially in children. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
