Directions for Use: 1. Take one ZzzQuil NATURA gummy approximately 30 minutes before your desired bedtime. 2. Chew the gummy thoroughly before swallowing.


Recommended Frequency: Take one gummy daily.


Additional Tips: 1. Consistency is key: Take the gummy at the same time each night to help regulate your sleep cycle.
2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine: A warm bath, reading, or light stretching can help prepare your body for sleep.
3. Limit screen time before bed: The blue light emitted from electronic devices can interfere with melatonin production.
4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed: These substances can disrupt sleep patterns.
