Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily. 2. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. 3. Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime. 4. For jet lag: take close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.


Recommended Frequency: Take one tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.


Additional Tips: 1. This product is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 2. Consult your healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 3. Keep out of reach of children. 4. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 5. For optimal results, maintain a regular sleep schedule and create a relaxing bedtime routine. 6. This product is intended for short-term use to help with occasional sleep difficulties or jet lag. 7. If sleep problems persist, consult your doctor. 8. This product contains 1mg of melatonin.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, melatonin, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. WARNINGS: This product contains melatonin. Do not operate machinery or drive after taking this product. May cause drowsiness. Avoid consumption with alcohol. Consult with a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have any underlying health conditions, including autoimmune disorders, depressive disorders, or are taking other medications, especially anticoagulants, anticonvulsants, blood pressure medications, or immunosuppressants. Melatonin may interact with certain medications. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for long-term use without consulting a healthcare professional. May cause vivid dreams or nightmares in some individuals.
