ActiveComplex Melatonin consists of white tablets, each of which contains 1 mg of the active ingredient melatonin and also 10 mg of vitamin B3 (niacin), which is a precursor of melatonin. Melatonin can be taken from the age of 12. It is recommended to be taken half an hour before bedtime. Melatonin is rapidly absorbed within 30 minutes to an hour after ingestion. The indications for use are to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and to alleviate the symptoms of jet lag.
Please also note that ActiveComplex Melatonin contains niacin. For the production of niacin, the body requires tryptophan, which the body also uses to synthesise melatonin. Adding 10 mg of niacin to the product saves 600 mg of tryptophan. Take ActiveComplex Melatonin half an hour before bedtime. The effect can be optimised by taking it at the same time every night.

Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet of PharmaNord Active Complex Melatonin. 2. Take the tablet approximately half an hour before your intended bedtime. 3. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.


Recommended Frequency: Take one tablet daily, approximately half an hour before bedtime.


Additional Tips: 1. For optimal results, take ActiveComplex Melatonin at the same time every night. 2. Consistency is key for maximizing the benefits of melatonin. 3. This product is suitable for use from the age of 12 and above. 4. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any underlying health conditions, consult with your doctor before using this product. 5. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 6. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
