Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle gently before each use. 2. Open your mouth and lift your tongue slightly. 3. Position the spray nozzle under your tongue. 4. Apply the desired number of sprays directly under your tongue. 5. Hold the liquid under your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.


Recommended Frequency: It is recommended to apply up to four oral sprays per day, preferably before bedtime.
