Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Spray directly into your mouth. 4. Do not inhale while spraying.


Recommended Frequency: Take 3 to 6 sprays before a stressful event or after experiencing recent stress.
Repeat if necessary, up to a maximum of 4 times per day.
