Recovery Plus is a formula that contains the 5 flowers used by Dr. Bach in his well-known combination used for emergency cases, to which three more remedies have been added (Aspen, Mimulus and White Chesnut), focused on situations of fear and obsession. Recovery Plus therefore has the same applications as the Recovery Remedy, as it contains the five flowers of the latter, but can also be used in situations of fear and obsessive thoughts. The method of use is the same as for the Recovery Remedy.

Directions for Use: 1. Add two drops of Santiveri Bach Recovery Plus directly onto the tongue.
2. Alternatively, dilute two drops in a small glass of water and sip at intervals.
3. For acute situations, repeat the dose every 15-30 minutes until relief is felt.
4. Once a sense of calm has returned, reduce the dosage to four times daily, or as needed.


Recommended Frequency: For general well-being and emotional balance, take four times daily. For acute emotional distress, take as frequently as every 15-30 minutes until a sense of calm is restored. Then, reduce the frequency to four times daily, as needed.
