Directions for Use: 1. Remove the lid. 2. Heat using one of the following methods: a) Bain-marie: Place the unopened container in a pot of simmering water until heated through. b) Microwave: Pour the contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, adjusting the time depending on your microwave's power. 3. For a thinner consistency, add water or broth as needed. 4. Stir well before serving.

Recommended Frequency: This product can be consumed as needed to meet nutritional requirements. It is ideal as a main dish for lunch and/or dinner.
