Directions for Use: 1. Add 195ml of cold or warm water (not boiling) to a glass or shaker. 2. Gradually add 50g (approximately 4-5 tablespoons) of FontActiv 8 Cereals powder. 3. Stir vigorously or shake well until completely dissolved and a smooth consistency is achieved. 4. Consume immediately after preparation. For thicker consistency: Use less water (approximately 150ml).
For thinner consistency: Use more water (up to 250ml).
