Directions for Use: 1. Take two (2) capsules daily. 2. Ingest with a large glass of water preferably with a meal. 3. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, take daily, ideally starting a few weeks before sun exposure and continuing throughout the period of sun exposure. Continue use even after sun exposure to prolong the benefits for your skin.
