Directions for Use: 1. Place one Manasul Tea Sachet in a cup. 2. Pour boiling water (approximately 200ml) over the sachet. 3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-10 minutes. 4. Remove the sachet and drink the tea.


Recommended Frequency: Start with one cup of Manasul Tea daily, preferably in the evening. Adjust the frequency as needed, but do not exceed two cups per day. It is recommended to use the product for a short period of time and not continuously. Consult a healthcare professional for prolonged use.


Additional Tips: Maintain adequate hydration by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. A balanced diet rich in fiber is essential for promoting healthy digestion.
