It is a food supplement made with a unique formula that helps to promote intestinal transit. Made with 8 plants and fruits (Mallow, Plum, Fig, Cumin, Plantago Ovata...).

Mallow, Plum, Fig, Cumin and Plantago Ovata are combined with the exclusive Actifibras complex, rich in natural fibres such as wheat, barley and oats.

Directions for Use: 1. Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with a large glass of water. 2. Start with 1 tablet and gradually increase the dosage if needed, up to a maximum of 3 tablets per day. 3. Swallow the tablets whole; do not chew or crush them.


Recommended Frequency: Take daily, preferably in the evening, for optimal results. Adjust the dosage based on individual needs and tolerance.


Additional Tips: 1. Maintain a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables. 2. Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 1.5 liters) to support healthy bowel function and enhance the product's effectiveness. 3. Regular physical activity can also contribute to healthy digestion. 4. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medications, consult your healthcare professional before using this product. 5. This product is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. 6. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. 7. Ingredients: Bulking agent: maltodextrin, Rhubarb dry extract (Rheum palmatum L./Rheum officinale Baill. – root), Senna dry extract (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl – leaf) titrated in sennosides, Fig dry extract (Ficus carica L. – fruit), Tamarind dry extract (Tamarindus indica L. – fruit pulp), Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. WARNINGS: This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Not recommended for prolonged use. Excessive use may result in dependence or electrolyte imbalance. Keep out of reach of children.
