Directions for Use: 1. Pour approximately 200 ml (about half a glass) of water, milk, or tea into a glass or shaker. 2. Empty one sachet (20 grams) of Meritene™ Mobilis Vanilla into the liquid. 3. Stir vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. You can use a spoon or a shaker for better mixing. 4. Consume immediately after preparation.


Recommended Frequency: The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day. This can be taken daily to help support muscle strength, reduce fatigue, and maintain healthy bones and joints.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, incorporate Meritene™ Mobilis Vanilla into a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
