How to use: 1. Thoroughly wash your feet with lukewarm water and ensure they are completely dry. 2. Apply talcum powder between your toes to help absorb moisture and reduce friction. 3. Carefully position the Schurz Sepa Foam spacer between the affected toes, ensuring it fits comfortably and provides adequate separation. 4. If necessary, you can trim the spacer with clean scissors for a better fit.


Recommended frequency: Use the Schurz Sepa Foam spacers daily or as needed to prevent or alleviate skin irritation. Replace the spacers when they show signs of wear and tear or become soiled.


Additional tips: For best results, inspect your toes regularly for any signs of irritation or infection. Avoid wearing tight or ill-fitting shoes that may exacerbate friction between the toes. If irritation persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional. Keeping your feet clean and dry is crucial for preventing further irritation. You can also apply additional talcum powder throughout the day as needed to maintain dryness.
