Directions for Use: 1. Steep one Manzanilla 10 Bolsas La Leonesa tea bag in a cup of freshly boiled water for 5-7 minutes. 2. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool slightly. 3. Once cooled, you can use the tea in two ways: Internally: Drink the tea as a beverage. Externally: Soak a cotton pad in the cooled tea and gently apply it to the affected skin areas, focusing on the face, particularly around the eyes. 4.
