Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Adults and children over 3 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. 3. Children 1-3 years: Take 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily. 4. Can be taken directly or mixed with food or drinks.


Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, take daily as directed.


Additional Tips: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
