Directions for Use: 1. Apply liberally and evenly 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, toweling, and perspiring.
3. Use a generous amount. Reducing the quantity of sunscreen applied significantly lowers the level of protection.
4. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Recommended Frequency: Apply every two hours, or more often if needed, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling dry. Reapplication is crucial for maintaining protection.

Additional Tips: 1. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when using sunscreen.
2. Seek shade, especially during midday hours.
3. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and long-sleeved shirts.
