Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Vitis Aloe Vera Toothpaste Mint Apple Flavour onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently in a circular motion for at least two minutes, paying attention to the gum line.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Use three times a day, after meals, for optimal results.


Additional Tips: For best results, use in conjunction with Vitis dental floss and mouthwash.
Do not swallow the toothpaste.
Keep out of reach of children under seven years of age.
