2. Gently brush your teeth and gums, paying particular attention to the gumline. 3. Brush for at least two minutes, ensuring all surfaces of your teeth are cleaned. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with VITIS Gum Dentrifying Paste a minimum of three times a day, or after each meal, to maintain optimal gum health and prevent gingivitis.
