Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Pbh Phb Delicate Gums Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, paying special attention to the gum line. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. For optimal cleaning, use dental floss before or after brushing.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Pbh Phb Delicate Gums Toothpaste twice daily, morning and night, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.


Additional Tips: 1. For best results, replace your toothbrush every three months. 2. Maintain a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks. 3.
