Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Pbh Phb Fresh Mint Gums Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth and gums gently for two minutes, ensuring all surfaces are reached.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Pbh Phb Fresh Mint Gums Toothpaste twice daily, in the morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist.


Additional Tips: For optimal oral health, consider the following:
1. Do not swallow the toothpaste.
2. Supervise children under 7 years old during brushing.
3. For children under 7, consult a dentist or doctor. 4. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if bristles are frayed. 5. Maintain a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks. 6. Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and professional cleanings.
