Love this one as well. I use to use ti's brand until I discovered Lacer 200ml, and I swapped to Lacer. Quality wise both brands are really good. So, I use fluocaril for travel and 200ml of Lacer stays at home.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Fluocaril Bi-Fluoride Mint Paste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for at least two minutes, using small circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste after brushing. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Fluocaril Bi-Fluoride Mint Paste twice a day, ideally after breakfast and before going to bed, or as directed by your dentist or hygienist.
Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, consider using dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth.
Limit sugary snacks and drinks to protect your teeth from decay.
Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and professional cleanings.
For children under six, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist.
