Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Elmex Caries Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle, circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste. Do not swallow. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Elmex Caries Toothpaste twice a day, in the morning and evening, for optimal protection against cavities.


Additional Tips: 1. For children under six years of age, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing. 2. To maximize the fluoride uptake, avoid rinsing with water immediately after brushing. Just spit out the excess toothpaste. 3. For best results, use in conjunction with an Elmex fluoride mouthwash. 4. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist for personalized advice on oral hygiene practices. 5. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Hydrated Silica, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Olaflur, Aroma, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Monofluorophosphate, Sodium Saccharin, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum, CI 77891. WARNINGS: If you experience any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a dentist. Keep out of reach of children under 6. Do not swallow. For external use only. Contains Olaflur (Aminofluoride) and Sodium Monofluorophosphate, providing a total fluoride content of 1400 ppm F¯. Excessive fluoride intake can cause dental fluorosis. If using fluoride supplements, consult your dentist or doctor.
