Directions for use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the VITIS medium toothbrush. 2. Place the brush head at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a dry place, preferably with its protective cap.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, for a minimum of two minutes each time.
