How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the VITIS perio toothbrush. 2. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and interdental spaces, utilizing the wide spacing between the tufts. 5. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse the toothbrush and place the protective cap back on the brush head.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, after breakfast and before going to bed.
