How to use: 1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the Vitis Compact Soft toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth using gentle, circular motions, moving from the gums towards the teeth. 3. Ensure you brush all surfaces of each tooth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas at the back of your mouth. 5. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 7. Rinse the toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth three times a day or after every meal.

Additional tips: 1. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between your teeth. 3. Consider using a fluoride mouthwash to further protect against cavities and strengthen enamel. 4. If you experience any gum discomfort or bleeding, consult your dentist. 5. The flexible neck of the Vitis Compact Soft can be bent to improve access to difficult-to-reach areas. 6.
