Ingredients

Directions for Use:
1. Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the power button. 3. Gently guide the brush head along the gum line and across each tooth surface, using small circular motions. 4. Pay special attention to the hard-to-reach areas at the back of your mouth. 5. Brush for at least two minutes, ensuring you cover all surfaces of each tooth. 6. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and turn off the toothbrush. 7. Rinse the brush head under running water and allow it to air dry.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, for optimal oral hygiene. It is recommended to replace your toothbrush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.
Additional Tips:
For a more thorough clean, divide your mouth into four quadrants and spend 30 seconds brushing each section.
Don't brush too hard, as this can damage your gums and enamel. Use a gentle, circular motion.
