How to Use: 1. Wet the Oral-B Pro-Expert Premium Pro-Flex toothbrush. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. 3. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 4. Gently brush your teeth using short, circular motions. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 6. To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up-and-down strokes. 7. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 9. Rinse the toothbrush after each use and store it upright to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, for two minutes each time.
Additional Tips: Use with a fluoride toothpaste for optimal cavity protection.
Consider using mouthwash after brushing for enhanced oral hygiene.
