How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Lacer Technic Soft toothbrush. 2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring you clean each tooth surface. 4. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. 5. Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse the toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place. 8. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, for two minutes each time.

Additional tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use Lacer Technic Soft toothbrush in conjunction with Lacer toothpaste and mouthwash. 2. Don't brush too hard, as this can damage your gums and enamel. 3. If you experience any gum sensitivity or bleeding, consult your dentist. 4.
