How to use
Ingredients
The use of orthodontic appliances requires strict oral hygiene. Meticulous brushing of the teeth, braces and gums helps to prevent white spots caused by decalcification, caries and gingival inflammation.

Place the toothbrush along the gums to form a 45° angle. The strands will enter the sulcus and will be able to remove the plaque that formed.
Gently brush the outer side of a group of 2 or 3 teeth in a round motion. Repeat on each set of 2 or 3 teeth, for all teeth.
Brush the inner sides of the teeth in the same way.

Directions for Use:
1. Attach the cap to the base of the toothbrush to form the handle. 2. Wet the toothbrush and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 3. Position the toothbrush along your gum line at a 45-degree angle. Ensure the bristles are slightly tucked into the sulcus (the space between your teeth and gums).
4. Gently brush the outer surfaces of 2-3 teeth using a small, circular motion. Repeat this process for all teeth.
5. Brush the inner surfaces of your teeth using the same circular motion.
6. Pay particular attention to cleaning around your braces and gum line to remove plaque and food debris.
7. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth for two minutes, at least twice a day (morning and night). For optimal oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment, brushing after every meal is highly recommended.
Additional Tips:
For best results, replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
Consider using interdental brushes and fluoride rinse in addition to brushing to ensure thorough cleaning around braces and between teeth.
