Directions for Use:
1. Extend the Gum® 158 Travel Toothbrush to its full size. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 4. Gently brush your teeth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces of each tooth. 5. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 6. Brush your tongue using the tongue cleaner on the back of the brush head. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Fold the toothbrush back into its compact travel size for storage.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth at least twice a day, for a minimum of two minutes each time, preferably in the morning and before bed. For optimal oral hygiene, consider brushing after every meal.
