Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the Elmex Junior toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 3. Use small, circular motions and short back-and-forth strokes. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 5. Brush for at least two minutes. 6. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing. 7. Spit out excess toothpaste and do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning and evening, or as recommended by your dentist.
Additional Tips: 1. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. Supervise children younger than six years old while brushing to ensure proper technique and prevent swallowing toothpaste. 3. For optimal oral health, combine brushing with flossing and regular dental check-ups. 4. Store your toothbrush upright in a clean, dry place to prevent bacterial growth. 5.
