How to Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Vitis Access Medium toothbrush. 2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 5. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Clean your toothbrush after each use and allow it to air dry.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, for a minimum of two minutes each time.

Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use a fluoride toothpaste. 2. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 3.
