How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles of the Balene Adult Toothbrush Medium. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently brush back and forth using short strokes, ensuring you clean all surfaces of each tooth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and the back of your teeth. 5. Use the double-sided head to effectively clean the interproximal spaces (the spaces between your teeth). 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 8. Rinse the toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, for a minimum of two minutes each time.
Additional tips: 1. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2.
