Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the PHB Interdental Recto between your teeth. 2. Move the stick back and forth in a gentle sawing motion to remove food particles and plaque. 3. Rinse the stick with water after each use. 4. Discard the stick after use. Do not reuse.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after each meal, or as recommended by your dental professional.
Additional Tips: 1. Be gentle when inserting the stick to avoid damaging your gums. 2. Choose the correct size for your interdental spaces.
