Directions for Use: 1. Hold the flosser handle firmly. 2. Gently insert the floss thread between two teeth. 3. Curve the floss around one tooth in a "C" shape. 4. Slide the floss up and down against the tooth surface, from the gum line to the top of the tooth. 5. Repeat on the adjacent tooth surface. 6. Remove the floss and repeat the process between other teeth using a fresh section of floss for each interdental space.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, ideally after every meal, to remove food particles and plaque. At a minimum, use once per day, preferably before bedtime.
Additional Tips: 1. Be gentle to avoid injuring your gums. 2. Don't snap the floss between teeth. 3. If the floss shreds or breaks easily, you may be applying too much pressure or the contact between your teeth may be tight. Consult your dentist. 4. Using a fluoride rinse after flossing can further enhance your oral hygiene routine. 5. If you experience any discomfort or bleeding, consult your dentist.
