How to use
Ingredients
A mouth that’s out of balance means sore and bleeding gums, nasty tastes and bad breath. Ratanhia roots, gathered from organic producers in the Andes of Peru, are blended with precious myrrh to tone, strengthen and tighten the gums and to prevent irritation. Natural essential oils of sage, eucalyptus and peppermint deliver lasting freshness. Rinse and spit, and get your breath back. Suitable for vegans.

INCI: Alcohol, Water (Aqua), Commiphora Myrrha Extract, Krameria Triandra Root Extract, Flavour (Aroma)*, Limonene*, Linolool*, Eugenol*, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Bark Extract**, Calcium Flouride**, Silver**, Magnesium Sulfate**. *from natural essential oils. **in highly diluted form.
How to use
For daily use. Add 5 to 10 drops to half a glass of lukewarm water. Rinse the mouth well and/or use as a gargle. Highly concentrated, one bottle makes more than five litres of mouthwash.

Directions for Use:
1. Measure half a glass of lukewarm water.
2. Add 5 to 10 drops of Weleda Ratanhia Mouthwash to the water.
3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with the mixture for at least 30 seconds, ensuring the solution reaches all areas of your mouth.
4. You can also gargle with the solution for added benefit to your gums and throat.
5. Spit out the solution after rinsing. Do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, use Weleda Ratanhia Mouthwash daily, preferably after brushing your teeth.
Additional Tips:
For best results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after using the mouthwash.
