Directions for use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Lacer™ Fluoride Mint toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas between teeth. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after breakfast and before bedtime, or as directed by your dentist.
Additional tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after brushing.
