Next, rinse your mouth thoroughly for about 30 seconds, ensuring the liquid reaches all areas, including between your teeth and along the gum line. Spit out the solution after rinsing; do not swallow.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after use to allow the active ingredients to work effectively. This mouthwash is designed for daily use. It is recommended to use it twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing.
