Directions for Use: 1. Apply a small amount of Parodontax toothpaste to the Parodontax Soft Interdental Cleaning Brush. 2. Gently insert the brush between your teeth, angled towards the gum line. 3. Use a gentle in-and-out motion to clean the spaces between your teeth and along the gum line. 4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush regularly, ideally every 2-4 weeks, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Parodontax Soft Interdental Cleaning Brush at least once a day, preferably in the evening as part of your regular oral hygiene routine. It can be used in conjunction with regular brushing and flossing for optimal results.
