1. Gently insert the flosser between two teeth. 2. Curve the floss around one tooth and slide it up and down along the tooth surface, just below the gumline. 3. Repeat on the adjacent tooth. 4. Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.


Recommended Frequency:


Use daily, preferably after brushing, to remove plaque and food particles from between teeth and promote optimal oral hygiene.

For best results, use a gentle sawing motion to avoid damaging gums.
If bleeding persists, consult your dentist.
