Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Fluocaril Gum Toothpaste Bifluoride 145mg onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, using gentle circular motions.
3. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate.
4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Fluocaril Gum Toothpaste Bifluoride 145mg twice a day, ideally after breakfast and before bed, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips: For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss daily to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth.
Consider using a mouthwash to further freshen your breath and help protect against gum disease.
For best results and to maintain the fluoride concentration, do not rinse immediately after brushing. A quick rinse is sufficient.
